Winterfest 2026

Join us for Sandy's 5th annual Winterfest!
From December 4th to January 3rd, Meinig Park will be lit up for the holidays. The lights will be on for all to enjoy.
We'll also host multiple free community events throughout the month and one winterfest fundraiser - see below for more information.

Schedule:
- Friday December 4th, 2026 from 5:30pm-7:00pm: Tree Lighting
- Friday, December 11th, 2026 from 6:00-7:30: Pet Pictures with the Grouch
- Friday, December 18th, 2026 from 6:00-7:30: Santa in Sandy
- Monday, December 21st, 2026 from 6:00-7:30: Shortest Day Walkway
- Saturday, January 2nd, 2027 from 9:00am-11:30am: Jingle Jog/Walk
- Jolly Trolley Rides: The Jolly Trolley will run twice on the following evenings. The first ride will start at 5:00pm and the second ride will start at 6:00pm.

- Winterfest Markets: Come shop for local made and inspired goodies, crafts, antiques and more. You just might find the perfect holiday gift. Markets will run from 4:30pm-8:00pm
