Community Services Transportation Bus

Community Services provides a variety of transportation services for Adults 60 years+ and people who are experiencing a disability residing within the Oregon Trail School District (excluding Hoodland). These services include weekly shoppers shuttle, van rides to the community/senior center, and elderly & disabled medical rides. Reservations are absolutely necessary and are dependent on staff schedule. 

Shopping Shuttle

Seniors are picked up at their homes and brought into Sandy to shop for groceries for about one hour. The shopping shuttle generally runs on Thursdays except for Senior Tuesday at Fred Meyers. Pickups begin around 8:45am. All shoppers will be dropped off at their homes by 12:00pm. Shoppers must call Community/Senior Center to reserve a space on the shuttle at least 2 days in advance. Limited Spaces are available. Suggested donation of $2.00.

van rides

Rides are provided from senior's homes to the Community/Senior Center on Mondays, event days or outing days.  Limited spaces are available.

Non-emergency medical rides are available through Sandy Transit at 503.668.3466.
