Appeal Item #1 - Modify the language slightly but require the new easement to be on the recorded face of plat. Vote: 7:0

Appeal Item #2 - General condition to install frontage improvements along Ruben Lane for the 112 feet and the curve radius in the future concurrent with development. Vote: 5:2 (Hook and Wegener opposed modifying the frontage requirement)

Motion: To uphold staff's decision on requiring the easement on the face of plat, but to modify the frontage improvements on Ruben Lane to future development of the site.
