The 2021-2013 Proposed Budget for the City of Sandy and the Sandy Urban Renewal Agency is now available - click here to review the documents.

The Budget Committee will hold its first meeting to consider these budgets on Monday April 26th at 6:00 p.m.  Meeting information is available here.

This kit will be available beginning March 15th, 2022.

Paycheck Protection Program Extended Until May 31st

As President Joe Biden signed the PPP Extension Act of 2021 into law today (March 30th), extending the Paycheck Protection Program an additional two months to May 31, 2021, and then providing an additional 30-day period for the SBA to process applications that are still pending, Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman, head of the U.S. Small Business Administration, said:

Past Due Process Reinstated

City of Sandy to Reinstate Past Due Processes, including late fees and shut offs. 

In March 2020, the City of Sandy suspended late fees and water service disconnections for non-payment of past due balances.  Since that time, late notices have been mailed monthly to past due accounts as a reminder of the current balance due. This suspension ends on April 1, 2021, and the normal billing process will resume for all customers.
