Craft for a Cause: Comfort for Hospice

The Sandy and Hoodland Libraries are partnering with Mt. Hood Hospice to provide warmth and comfort to patients receiving end-of-life care. Click on the link below for instructions & patterns, or pick up a copy at the library. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

WHO: Patients at Mt. Hood Hospice will be the recipients.

WHAT: Handcrafted shawls and blankets; there is no right or wrong way to create them; you are welcome to use our patterns (see below) or your own.

WHEN: We will be collecting items from November through February. We will deliver them to Mt. Hood Hospice as they are turned in. 

WHERE: Please deliver your finished shawl or lap blanket by no later than February 28th, to either of these locations:

Sandy Library - 38980 Proctor Blvd, Sandy, OR

Hoodland Library - 24525 E Welches Rd, Welches, OR
