The Social Services Task Force was developed to address the complex issues of social services access for the wider Sandy community (including those who seek services within Sandy and reside in Boring, Rhododendron, Welches, Eagle Creek, and Estacada). The Task Force membership is composed of community leaders, social service providers, and city staff representation.

The Community and Senior Center is our community gathering place for information, resources, recreational activities, senior group activities, congregate meals, and many other opportunities for social interaction.
Each year libraries in Clackamas County look for help from local teens to design the Teen Summer Reading artwork. Young artists, ages 12-18, can submit their original artwork for this year’s theme: Read Beyond the Beaten Path. Submissions will be accepted January 2nd - 31st.
