Sealed bids for 2025 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT will be received by the City of Sandy until 2:00 P.M on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at which time bidding will be closed. Bids and disclosure forms shall be submitted to Mr. AJ Thorne, Public Works Director at the Sandy City Hall, 39250 Pioneer Blvd, Sandy, OR 97055.
The Summer Sounds and Starlight Cinema is Sandy's annual "Concerts and Movies in the Park" event. All concerts and movies are free events that take place at Meinig Park. Concerts will start at 6:00pm and end at 8:00pm. Movies will start at "Dusk". For all of our Concerts there will be food and drinks available for purchase.

From April 19 - 25 if you pay your overdue fines in person at the library, we'll waive an equal amount.
All proceeds from the Sandy Library will be donated to the Sandy Action Center. All proceeds from the Hoodland Library will be donated to Neighborhood Missions.

Our one-on-one tutoring program pairs young readers with dedicated volunteer tutors to build confidence, strengthen skills, and foster confidence in reading. Students meet once a week for 60 minutes with their matched tutor in a supportive and encouraging environment.
