A new Parks System Development Charge (SDC) Methodology is being proposed for adoption by the City of Sandy City Council. The new methodology is needed to reflect changes in the existing master plan system and projected needs for the future master plan.
Bring the whole family to Sandy High School on Friday, July 4th, for a spectacular fireworks show, sponsored by Clackamas County Bank and the City of Sandy!
A portion of Bell Street will be closed prior to the fireworks display, and will remain closed for approximately 10 minutes after the display is concluded.

KinderCombo - Ages 5-9 - KinderCombo is a ballet and tap dancing class which gives a young dance student a solid foundation upon which to build. Beginning ballet and tap steps are reinforced in a variety of combinations and music styles.
Kinderdance - Ages 3-6 - Kinderdance is a beginning ballet and tap dancing class. We focus on basic ballet and tap steps, motor skills and creative movement while blending educational concepts like colors, numbers, shapes and movement vocabulary.
Given the unfortunate results of the public polling regarding the special district concept, the City Council has asked staff to develop options for the campus property and facilities that will realize cost savings and position the City to meet the Council's goals going forward. The Council plans to revisit the issue and evaluate potential paths forward in the fall of 2020.

Join us for creepy crawly encounters at the Sandy Community Center this October! Get up close and personal with fascinating critters (like roaches, crickets, worms, flies, and more!!), learn about their incredible roles in our ecosystem, and get tips if you want to raise them in your own home! Not all bugs may be touched or held, but there will be a whole lot to see and learn
All ages are welcome (it's a very fun and FREE event for children and adults alike!)
