  • Pay In-Person at City Hall:  We're open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Come see us at 39250 Pioneer Boulevard, Sandy, OR  97055
  • Mail Your Payment to City Hall: please make checks out to "City of Sandy," write your account number in the "Memo" line, and mail to 39250 Pioneer Boulevard, Sandy, OR  97055
