New Development Application – City Council Public Hearing February 16th

The City of Sandy has received an application from Even Better Homes, Inc. to build a Planned Development called “The Views” on two lots north of Highway 26 on either side of Vista Loop Drive. The applicant proposes a combination of detached single-family homes, row houses, and apartment units.

The City Council will consider whether to approve or deny this development application at the public hearing on February 16th at 7:00 p.m. We encourage you to attend the meeting to learn more about the proposal and share your views.
