2026 Sandy Community Survey

Welcome!

The City of Sandy is conducting a community survey and asking for members of the community to provide feedback on several topics.

Each of the topics include common questions that are typically asked by cities conducting similar surveys, as well as questions tailored specifically to Sandy and its community. The combination of both kinds of questions aim to gather both meaningful and actionable information that can be used to evaluate the uniqueness of Sandy as well as compare Sandy against other communities.

This survey is expected to take about 15 minutes to complete. All questions are optional, and you can choose to not answer any question by selecting the I prefer not to answer answer option. Each of the questions are tied to either a service offered by Sandy, or a potential gap that might be missing. Each question has been picked to gather useful information that can be turned into an actionable result.

This survey is intended to focus on levels of satisfaction, rather than specific opinions on trending or heavily discussed topics. Because those topics are also important, along with other potential items that are not in this survey, a comment box has been provided at the end of each section for you to provide additional feedback.

The results of this survey will be reviewed and used to identify areas needing improvement, as well as identify areas and services that are performing well within the community.
