We want to make it as convenient as possible to pay your utility bill.  You have several options:

General Information

Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Sandy government. The Court has jurisdiction over the City and State of Oregon traffic offenses committed within city limits, as well as Municipal Code violations. The City has contracted with Judge Kyndre Lundquist to provide judicial services.

The document below contains a detailed listing for fees and charges. These are typically updated once per fiscal year. However, Council reserves the right to update the schedule of fees and charges as needed throughout the year.  Questions related to a specific fee should be directed to the department director.

The City contracts with Conduits to provide City Lien searches.  The fee for an initial search is $30.00.  Duplicate searches can be run up to 60 days after an initial search for no additional fee.  If you do not have a username and password to do lien searches through Conduits, please contact Net Assets Corporation at info@nassets.net or at (541) 485
