Chipper Safety Test

This is the City of Sandy Chipper Safety Test.  Citizens are required to pass this test prior to being given authorization to use the City of Sandy's chipper.  Please enter the information requested and answer all 20 of the test questions.  When finished, check the "I am not a robot" box and hit "Submit".  Your test answers will be emailed to the City of Sandy Public Works Department for review.

You must be a resident within Sandy city limits to reserve the chipper. The chipper may be reserved for private, residential use only.
