City Recorder's Office

Duties

The City Recorder is responsible for public meetings, records and archives, and the election process for the City of Sandy.  The City Recorder also administers liens on properties in the city and special assessments (local improvement districts).  The City Recorder is also the Manager of the Public Services Center.

Office Hours

The City Recorder's office is located at City Hall, 39250 Pioneer Blvd., and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

City Council Agenda 

The agenda for the City Council regular meetings and workshops are available online by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting  or workshop.  For the latest meeting agenda and agenda packet material, click here.

Meetings

Regular City Council Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.  City hall is located at 39250 Pioneer Blvd.

Municipal Code

The Sandy Municipal Code contains ordinances adopted by the Sandy City Council.

Public Records Request

Oregon law states that every person has the right to inspect any non-exempt public record.  Requests for public records should be made in writing and be as specific as possible.  Record requests requiring more than a minimal amount of staff time to research, locate and/or produce will result in a fee being charged.
