How to Bid on a City of Sandy Facade Improvement Project

The City of Sandy will post all upcoming Facade Improvement projects on this page.  All project posts will include a downloadable scope of work detailing the work required to complete the project, a walk-through date and time, and a bid deadline.  Any contractor interested in bidding on a project will need to complete the following steps:

1. Download the scope of work from this site in advance of the walkthrough.  The project number will be displayed prominently on the first page of this scope.
2. Complete the walkthrough at the listed date and time -- a City official will walk all interested contractors around the building and describe the scope of work in additional detail.
   1. If you cannot make the date/time of the walkthrough but would still like to bid on the job, please contact the City's Development Services Director at koneill@ci.sandy.or.us.
3. Submit a bid directly to the City of Sandy prior to the posted bid deadline
   1. via email to koneill@ci.sandy.or.us (put the facade project number in the subject line)
   2. via USPS to: Sandy City Hall, attn: facade project #_____, 39250 Pioneer Blvd, Sandy, OR  97055
4. The City of Sandy will contact all valid bidders on each project directly to inform them of the final status of their bid.
