A fun hands-on workshop that will go over the basics of creating a short comic from idea to a working concept. The workshop is a great opportunity to connect with peers of similar interests while acting as a starting point for anyone who has a dream of making their own comics or cartoons. Participants are asked to bring a pencil, an eraser, and a black marker (sharpie or similar). Other art making materials that participants are familiar and comfortable working with are encouraged but not required. This event is for teens in grades 6th - 12th.
