Any person requesting a "reasonable modification" please contact Sandy Transit at 503-668-3466 and request the modification with the scheduler. In the event that a reasonable modification has been requested and denied by Sandy Transit please contact Sandy Transit using one of the methods outlined in the form "Complaint Procedure" below. You will also find a complaint form below should one become necessary. Sandy Transit will accommodate requests to the best of our ability.
Sandy Transit drivers are professional and courteous. All SAM drivers have a commercial driver's license (CDL) and undergo at least 80 hours of post-hire training that continues throughout their career. All drivers are willing and capable of driving both SAM and MHX routes, which can require operating in winter weather conditions.
The safety of our clients is our primary concern. When weather conditions are severe (fog, snow or freezing weather) service may be delayed or suspended. Please use caution when traveling on public transit. Plan additional time to and from stops and be sure to dress warm.
