Meeting Rooms

The Sandy Library has two meeting rooms, the Community Room and the Study Room.  The Hoodland Library has a Community Room. 

Community Rooms can be booked up to one month in advance.  Maximum occupancy of the Sandy Library Community Room is 74.  It has a kitchen with sink, microwave, and refrigerator, and tables and chairs which you can arrange in your preferred configuration.  Maximim occupancy of the Hoodland Library Community Room is 24.  It has a sink, and tables and chairs which you can arrange in your preferred configuration.  Both Community Rooms have built in projectors and screens which can be used with a laptop for presentations.  Please review the Community Room Policy to request use of the Community Room at Sandy or Hoodland Library.

The Study Room can be booked up to one month in advance. A maximum of 4 pending reservations is allowed.   Maximum occupancy is 6.  It has a table and 6 chairs in it.  Reservations are for a 1-hour time block.
