People meditating.

Meditation and mindfulness practices can help manage stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity, and provide many well-documented health benefits, including better sleep and lowered blood pressure.  This introductory workshop will provide an overview of meditation and mindfulness practices and an opportunity to try it out.  It will include a short meditation period, resources for establishing a regular practice and a time for questions and discussion.
