Bid proposal packets must be delivered to the City of Sandy at 39250 Pioneer Boulevard, Sandy, Oregon 97055, and addressed to Kelly O’Neill Jr., Development Services Director, no later than 1:00 PM, March 10, 2026. Submissions received after the specified time will not be accepted.

Only bids from Oregon Licensed Contractors will be accepted.

The contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148).
