Sandy Transit / SAM • 16610 Champion Way • Sandy, OR  • 97055 • 503-668-3466

Sandy Transit understands the challenges COVID-19 outbreak has brought to the community and local businesses in Sandy.  To assist in this time of crisis we are currently providing fareless service for necessary travel.

In addition, we are extending the annual tax due date until July 15, 2020.  There will be no penalties or interest during this time.  You do not need to request an extension.  Our operations building is still currently closed. If you would like to make a transit tax payment please contact Nancy Payne at 503-489-0927 or City Hall at 503-668-7449.

Sandy’s public transit system is primarily supported by a local business tax per Ordinance No. 2012-10. The business transit tax is assessed on all businesses operating within Sandy city limits and is an employer paid tax.
