Actor's DojoActors’ Dojo Begins Readers’ Theatre

Each month on the 2nd Wednesday, 6:30pm in the Community Room at the Sandy Public Library.

It was said that “books are meant to be read and plays are meant to be seen.” But no longer. The Actors Dojo is melding the two with Readers Theatre @ the Library. Beginning in April, and continuing once a month, the Actors Dojo will perform a reading of a new play for you.

We are compiling a list. On it thus far are: Ten Little Indians by Agatha Christie, The Little Foxes by Lillian Helman, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-In-The-Moon Marigolds  by Paul Zindel, The Foreigner by Larry Shue, To Kill A Mockingbird by Christopher Sergel and Too Much, Too Much, Too Many by Meghan Kennedy.

But we want your suggestions for plays you would like to hear – and if you are interested in participating as a reader email us. Manager@sandyactorstheatre
