March - “Spirit”

Thursday, March 31st at 6:30pm in the Sandy Library Community Room.

Heather Michet of Iris Healing Arts will present “The Spirit of Health” -- The science of health is everywhere these days: "What's 'good' to eat?  Avoid this!  Relax.  Sweat out the toxins!" There is so much information shouting that the essence of health is drowned out: Simply discovering what works for you and doing it.  Ms. Michet will outline steps and techniques to help balance mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects from this class will help you create a healthy life.
