SandyNet support hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm.

For general questions or billing inquiries please call the utility department at 503-668-7449.

After hours support

SandyNet are automatically sent alarms (around the clock) of any system outages, and even problems with Wi-Fi access points. You can call the after-hours number (503-668-2923) to notify them of problems, but chances are they are already aware of it, and are working to fix the problem. Please don't expect a call back until regular business hours (M-F 8-6). Problems that affect service to a single home or business (e.g. issues with the equipment at the home/business) will be addressed during regular business hours. In emergencies, free Internet service is available at the Sandy Library (open seven days per week) and at free SandyNet hotspots, such as Mountain Moka and the Sandy Chamber of Commerce.
