System Development Charge Methodology
System Development Charges (SDCs) are one-time fees that are collected with building permits for homes, apartments and new or expanded commercial and industrial buildings. Funds from SDCs are used to build new capacity in the City's Parks, Transportation and Utility systems in order to accomodate growth.
A public hearing to take comments regarding the proposed modifications to the System Development Charges is scheduled for 7:00 pm, Monday, May 16th, 2016 at Sandy City Hall. If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments as follows:
